Top 10 Break-Out Players 2018/2019 U-23

The 2018/2019 season has brought out some tremendous stars so far this season and will look to dazzle Europe for years to come.

10. Eder Militao

The 21 year old Brazilian defender moved to Porto during the summer from Brazil and have solidified his starting position in the Porto team. For those who follows the UCL will have been impressed with his impeccable defensive performance and consistency. He is already a target for Manchester United.

9. Nicolo Zaniolo

The 19 year old Italian midfielder who plays for Roma has been compared to Totti in recent weeks with the way he plays. A young talent who has already played 22 games already this season. He scored twice in the first leg of the Round of 16 UCL game against Porto being the first Roma player to do so. He is still maturing and will be a world class player in no time.

8. Matteo Guendouzi

The Arsenal youngster has been impressive for a 19 year old and his first season in one of the best teams in England. He has shown a commanding presence in midfield, amazing attacking abilities and a killer forward pass which has proved vital for the gunners this season. He has also shown an impeccable leadership quality despite the fact of his age and other older players in the squad. He has a bright future ahead.

7. Aaron Wan-Bissaka

The 21 year old Crystal Palace Right Back has arguably been the best Right Back in the league this season but he would not get the right recognition because of the club he plays for. Despite being a Palace player, he is the hottest full back in the league and is likely to move to a bigger club in the summer in a mega money deal.

6. Vinicius Junior

The skillful 18 year old Brazilian winger has found form and a starting spot under Solari for Real Madrid this season. His dribbling abilities has been compared to Ronaldinho and Neymar with the amount of joy they have when playing football. His final ball and finishing is still below par but his overall play covers up for his limitation and has an amazing work rate. Already looking like a future Word best player contender.

5. Arthur Melo

The 22 year old Brazilian central midfielder in his first season in Europe has already secured a starting spot for the Catalan giants in a packed midfield. He has been likened to Xavi in the way he controls the ball and press-resistant , he rarely looses the ball and is already one the best midfielders in the world presently and has a very high ceiling in the Catalan club.

4. Nicolas Pepe

Pepe is one of the hottest forward in France and Europe at large. He has been keen in Lille resurgence this season as they sit 2nd in the Ligue 1 table with Pepe scoring 16 goals in 25 appearances. He will hope to continue this form as Lille will hope to be in the UCL next season. Top clubs like Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid all in for the Ivory Cost forward.

3. Luka Jovic

The 21 year old Frankfurt forward has been the major target of Barcelona to replace Luis Suarez after personal terms have been reached. He already has 21 goals on 31 games, the best goal ratio of a player of his age. He is decisive in front of goal and takes part in the attack.

2. Jadon Sancho

The most exciting and most consistent 18 year old in Europe presently. Already tearing up the defenses in Germany and the major reason they are presently top of the table ahead of Bayern Munich. Sancho has been scoring or assisting in almost all the games he has played in and is a key player for Dortmund. As the tradition of Dortmund, Sancho will probably make a big money move to a bigger European team soon.

1. Krzysztof Piatek

The hottest forward (U-23) presently. He has scored 26 goals in 27 games for both Genoa and AC Milan. He moved to Genoa in the summer and scored 19 goals in 21 matches which earned him a move to AC Milan in January. Where he has scored 7 goals in 6 already for the team. He is deadly in front of goal and is already a popular name in Italy. He is tipped to lead AC Milan resurgence back to the Champions League come May.
